Hurricane Sandy was a wake up call. We must plant trees and be better caretakers of Earth. We all need to address the changes we are seeing now (temperatures above 4 degrees by end of century) to also hold polluters and politicians accountable. To excuse them for not addressing this is to condone a great immorality.

Only with human will combined with perception, perspective, compassion, knowledge, tolerance, love and courage will we be able to deal with the Earth altering changes we are precipitating with our behavior and the lies being spun about it by those profiting from them or pushing those lies due to apathy, ignorance and ideology. Arrogance, exclusionism and intolerance should have no place in a truly progressive society.
